It’s that time of year when everyone is looking forward to spending time with family and friends. A season filled with giving, laughter, peace and lots of joy. This particular year, I decided to collaborate with Cindy of Iampriiincesss to share part one of our two holiday look-book. In the blogging world, it is funny how you meet and instantly connect with another blogger, and it is even cooler when this blogger goes to the same church as you but you never knew but have been friends on social media forever! That’s our story. Cindy is just not a fashion blogger but an entrepreneur who owns her own online clothing store you can check out Here! (Talk about a Boss lady)For our Christmas theme, we decided to get in the holiday spirit and wear red. Cindy went with a dark red more along the lines of burgundy/maroon while I went bright red! Her gorgeous dress among other similar dresses is from her online store. I love the details at the hem of her dress which gives it a holiday or special occasion feel. View more of her photos on her blog Here. For me, I couldn’t think of a better fabric for the holiday season, other than lace. This lace sheath dress from the Eva Mendes collection at New York & Co, creates a feminine yet sophisticated flair for all body types and at less than $50, why not? Paired with my all time favorite black suede pumps from JustFab with a green/black embellished clutch I got last year. What do you think about our looks?

Ps. Be sure to follow Cindy on her Instagram or her blog @ IamPriiincesss

Style Tip; Wear nude pumps instead of black along with gold or nude accessories.
