Inside the Mosque
Last month, we headed to the UAE for a 5 and half day vacation while spending our first two nights in Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi was an amazing adventure and we were so glad to have spent two full days in this beautiful city. We stayed at the Yas Viceroy Hotel which had spacious luxurious rooms and bathrooms with top-notch customer service. Although somewhat quiet and relaxing than Dubai, we loved it nonetheless. There is still so much to do in Abu Dhabi like the water park we didn’t do.
However, our favorite place to see was the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, definitely the most beautiful architecture I had ever seen. It looked so grand and magnificent. With a husband like mine who is a car enthusiast, Ferrari World was a must see and was worth checking out too. And even though you couldn’t pay me enough to get on the roller coaster a second time, it was such a fun and memorable experience. Of course we had to go on the dessert safari adventure. If there is one thing you do in the UAE, this should be it; a bumpy and fun dessert drive, camel rides, belly dance entertainment and oh the yummy Mediterranean meals they provided. After our fun 2 nights stay in Abu Dhabi, we headed into Dubai to spend the rest of our 3 and a half days in the UAE. I would definitely be doing a recap on Dubai in my next post, stay tuned and enjoy!!!
